The event organized by the Capri in the World Institute is promoted with the support of the MiC (Dg Cinema), the Campania Region with the sponsorship of the Italian Red Cross, Nuovo Imaie, and the Parliamentary Assembly of the Mediterranean.

“In a decidedly delicate year,” explains producer and founder Pascal Vicedomini, “Capri Hollywood 2022 wants to propose a different formula: in fact, it will be a sober, intense, committed festival. That is why the subtitle chosen is ‘Cinema, love and solidarity.”

The screenings will all be free and will be held between the Auditorium in Capri and the Cinema Paradiso in Anacapri (70), on the Mymovies.it and Eventive.org platforms (160 digital screenings). Official opening Tuesday, Dec. 27 (4 p.m.) with the Italian Army Band Awards Ceremony, which will receive the Capri Humanitarian Award. Terry Gilliam is chairman 2022, Noa honorary chairman along with Tony Renis, among international guests Bobby Moresco and Frank Grillo (Lamborghini), Jerzy Skolimowski, and Bille August. Among the Italians honored: Michele Placido, Mario Martone, Luca Barbareschi.
