“Capri Hollywood – The International Film Festival 2023” (Dec. 27 to Jan. 2) will be opening the festivities celebrating Marcello Mastroianni’s centenary (Sep. 28, 2024).
The Event includes a special screening of Ettore Scola’s “Maccheroni” on Jan. 1, 2024, at 9.30 pm in Cinema Paradiso – Anacapri, (starring the great Italian actor and Us iconinc moviestar Jack Lemmon). There will also be hosted two exhibition events dedicated to the lead star of “La Dolce Vita” (at the Certosa di San Giacomo in Capri). The exhibition of the artist, painter and sculptor B. Zarro and the photo exhibition of the legendary “King of Paparazzi” Rino Barillari.
“Capri Hollywood – The International Film Festival 2023” if produced by Capri in The World Institute with the sponsorship of the Ministry of Culture and the Region Campania (Film Commission Campania). Among th patronates Città di Capri, Comune di Anacapri, Parlamentary Assembly Of the Mediterranean, Città Metropolitana di Napoli, Croce Rossa Italiana and Nuovo Imaie. In collaboration with Intesa Sanpaolo, Isaia and Givova and also with Caremar and Rai Radio2.
