Someda, un giovane e promettente regista indipendente, è stato arrestato. I suoi ex compagni di teatro del college si riuniscono dopo anni di lontananza per scrivere una petizione in suo favore. Tra loro ci sono Chiho, che un tempo nutriva sentimenti contrastanti per Someda ma che di recente ha sposato un altro uomo; Takano (, un attore in difficoltà che avrebbe dovuto interpretare il ruolo principale nell’ultimo progetto di Someda; e Ryota, (Tatsuma Gotou) il suo più stretto confidente. Tutti vogliono aiutare Someda, ma il loro incontro, seppur ben intenzionato, presto lascia il posto a crescenti tensioni e scontri emotivi.
Someda, a young and promising independent filmmaker, has been arrested. His former college theater classmates reunite after years of separation to write a petition on his behalf. Among them are Chiho, who once harbored conflicting feelings for Someda and has recently married another man; Takano, a struggling actor who was supposed to play the lead role in Someda’s latest project; and Ryota (Tatsuma Gotou), his closest confidant. They all want to help Someda, but their well-intentioned reunion soon gives way to rising tensions and emotional confrontations.
